I wish I could find a headboard like that that is usable as a headboard. What a marvelous remake.

Next time, try to avoid chemicals to strip off the old finish, just use a 'cabinet scraper'. You'll be in awe how fast they work, and even put doubt into needing anything else. Fabulous workthere though. I learned stuff!

I think you were right to keep the original finish of the hardware because history. but honestly if i bought the dresser i would change out the hardware because I don't like the style. And I just don't think the silver does anything for that warm warm wood.

It's pretty great but I really don't like the graining of the top. It's just not my favourite type of wood in regards to graining.

I love this piece.

Inspirational indeed - pine is, in my mind, like pink or chum salmon, no where near the quality of silver, red, or king salmon (wild Alaskan, of course!), but you turned those pink salmon pieces into some mighty fine furniture, especially that incredible faux apothecary. King salmon baby!

I hated the original version, I too am not a fan of the wavy pulls. I much prefer the simpler drawl pulls. You did a wonderful job.

Amazing transformation!

I had a couple of birds land on a window ledge, outside obviously. I spent a good five minutes laughing at my kitties reaction. I guess the birds couldn’t see inside, because they stayed for that long.

I agree about the smell in furniture I brought a lovely American draw buffet ❤but after cleaning adding my clothes within weeks they all stunk🥹I tried everything nothing worked so sadly my husband uses it for tools in shed 🤣😱wow fantastic result ❤❤❤🦘
